All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and subject to availability and may be subject to a minimum number of nights stay.
 
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Erris Beo does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of listed hotels and products.
 
Online bookings
Please note that different terms, conditions and cancellation policies in relation to all online bookings via Erris Beo websites may apply depending on the room or rate type/Package selected. Please read carefully the room rate details that are provided before you make your online booking. You are advised to check through the rate details before making your online reservation.
 
Promotions and offers
Please note that all promotional offers are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the specific webpage. All special offers are subject to availability. 

 
CANCELLATION
Reservations may be cancelled or amended up to 7 Days prior to day of arrival. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in an automatic charge equivalent to 1 night(s) accommodation being charged to your credit or charge card.  Erris Beo will endeavour to cancel any packages with accommodation and service providers with as much notice as possible, but we will not be held responsible for last minute cancellations and/or No Show. We will adhere to the cancellation policy as detailed above in these instances.
